Client experiences
What our clients say
We recently had our house painted while also having our roof replaced and Midwest Painting Pros (Chad specifically) were wonderful to work with! He worked with us every step of the way and helped coordinate the work schedule with the roofers. They even took on a few extra projects that we noticed along the way. Would highly recommend for all your painting needs!
The Midwest team was great! Very professional and quality work! Chad was a great communicator!
We had our garage floor done with epoxy and it looks great!! Chad was awesome to work with and his crew was wonderful. We have already recommended him to some friends.
Chad and his company did an amazing job on our basement, hallway, and deck. They spent three days with us and really made sure to get every inch. They were respectful of our home and the final product was outstanding. Great pricing too! I’ll leave a before and after of our deck.
Was very happy with Chad and his crew. In the past, Chad painted our office. This time it was for our home interior. Very satisfied. Done in 3 days they also did a great job with cleanup after.
Chads painters and carpenters did a great job. They are very respectful and knowledgeable.

Which program fits your property?
Milwaukee County includes 19 municipalities. Home-repair assistance and commercial facade programs follow the rules of the city or village where the property is located.
Milwaukee homes: essential exterior repairs
The City of Milwaukee’s STRONG Homes loan lists failing exterior house paint, deteriorating siding and trim among eligible repair categories. Loans can reach $25,000 for qualifying owner-occupied one- to four-unit properties. This is a loan with program requirements, rather than a general painting grant.
A written scope that separates preparation, repairs and finish work gives you clear information to discuss with the program’s rehabilitation specialist.
South Milwaukee storefronts: facade improvements
South Milwaukee’s Bucyrus facade program expressly includes painting for qualifying commercial properties. Primary exterior colors are reviewed against its design guidelines, and the project must provide more than routine maintenance.
Coordinate the scope, contractor bids and signed program agreement before starting grant-funded work. Reimbursement depends on the approved project and required documentation.

Yes. We serve Milwaukee County, including Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, the North Shore communities, and the south suburbs. Send your address and the surfaces you want painted to start a free written estimate.
For one- and two-family properties in the City of Milwaukee, ordinary interior painting is on the City’s no-permit finish-work list. That guidance excludes condos. Associated construction and historic exterior alterations have separate requirements, and other county municipalities provide their own guidance.
For an exterior repaint with about 2,000 square feet of paintable surface, our planning range is $3,000–$8,000. A room-painting example ranges from $400–$1,600. These are scope-based planning examples, not county-wide price averages. Preparation, access, repairs, and finishes determine your written estimate.
Send your property address and photos showing each side of the home, trim, porches, and any areas needing attention. Identify which siding, doors, railings, or other surfaces you want included and share your preferred colors and timing.
Property planning & local programs
The City of Milwaukee’s STRONG Homes loan includes failing exterior house paint among eligible repair categories. Owner, property, income and scope requirements apply, and the city reviews contractor qualifications. The program determines whether a particular project qualifies.
We discuss the rooms involved, furniture, access, and your daily routines when reviewing the scope. Agreeing on the work areas and room sequence gives you a clearer plan for preparation and use of the home during the project.
South Milwaukee’s facade grant guide lists painting as a qualified improvement for eligible commercial properties. Location, design approval and the executed program agreement matter. Primary exterior colors are subject to review, and approved work is reimbursed after the required completion documents are accepted.
Yes. Our commercial painting service covers interior and exterior repainting for offices, shops, and light-commercial properties. Share the building use, surfaces, access needs, and operating hours so we can assess the scope.
